To apply for the Astrient Fellowship or Scholar Award:

1) Select "organizer" from the horizontal menu
2) Select "my forms" from the side menu
3) Select "start a form" to see the list of available forms
4) Find the form which corresponds to the program of interest
5) Select the "start this form" link at the bottom of the form description
